So I took off half a star just because half way through I wanted to smash my kindle and make up my own ending. Luckily I didn't do that and choose to continue with the story Pam Godwin wrote. It isn't pretty and I didn't enjoy parts of it but I did get the ending I wanted even if it left me wanting more. I hope we get to see what happens with some characters (I'm not mentioning because I don't want to give anything away) and get the full closure I need. Please note you need to read the whole series to get the full heart wrenching story.
